Opening the evening is rising local talent Deandrea Tlatenchi, a standout vocalist and recent Woodburn High School graduate. Known for her work as a soloist with her school’s Mariachi band, Deandrea brings a powerful voice and bright future as she heads to George Fox University to study nursing with a minor in vocal performance.
