The complex is home to 20 offices with amenities that include secure access after building hours, security cameras, a shared conference room available by appointment, a small shared kitchen area for tenant-only use, wi-fi service, and paper recycling. In addition, two large conference rooms are available to rent on-site. Tenant janitorial and voice/data services are excluded.
We currently have one office space that will be available for lease on June 1, 2021. This suite has two separate offices divided by a door (could be used as a reception area and an office as well). The suite is located on the 2nd floor and faces High Street with lots of natural light coming through the wall of windows in both office spaces.
